“The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “Booked to attend Peter Kay at Co-op Live as located close with parking. Property owner cancelled within 1 1/2 hours of performance as double booked. Left to find parking at short notice and alternative accomodation with no help. Atrocious behaviour by property owner would definitely not recommend”

“This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor”
