Thank you very much for taking the time to relay your comments following your experience at Red Planet Manila Aseana City.
We take pride in our cleanliness and attention to details, but clearly we were not up to the standards on your stay.
As a safety feature of our hairdryer, it automatically stop after few minutes of continuous usage and must cool down before re-using. But if it stop only after few seconds, perhaps it has a problem.
Please know that we are personally taking care of your complaint. Rest assured that swift actions will be taken to ensure that we correct this isolated situation.

只能當做臨時過境暫住用
发布日期：2018年4月9日 发布在：Hotels沒有一次性牙膏牙刷，沒有垃圾桶跟拖鞋，隔音不好，旁邊間的說話可聽到，乾淨的小房間，強有力的沐浴跟吹風機，樓下有全家跟餐廳，附近晚上不可單獨出門太可惜了

simple room
发布日期：2018年1月2日 发布在：Hotelstaxi from airport charged 388peso, but the meter goes like 100meter race. The room is simple, no telephone,no refrigerator, no any tea or coffee. My flight was at midnight, so I asked for 6 hours extended stay, they charged me 500peso. Before I checked out, I tried to call reception desk the number listed in Hotels.com, I called three times,but nobody answered the phone.
When I checked out, the taxi waited outside could be negotiated for 300peso to airport, but if you said 200peso, I think the driver would agree too.
SM shopping mall is about 15 minutes walk from here, not so many traffic along the way.
