"The desk looked very old as it was all scratched up while the other stuff looked beautiful. I would had given 5 star if that desk was in better shape..also access to extra blankets be nice. The service ...housekeepers werent very friendly neither were front desk. While the lady who served our coffees was .. "

"Clean and quiet property in beautiful New Ulm. Decor is a little dated but functional and clean. Daily housekeeping is by request only but they did come clean on the day we requested it. Grocery store and gas station are right next door. "

"We checked in with Jessica. Over the top friendly, informative, seemed to truly enjoy her job. Interactions with her several times always smiling and accommodating. Room key didn't work. She made new keys and came upstairs to make sure they worked. Lady from housekeeping on our floor greeted me, asked if I needed anything. Asked her about a blow dryer. Instead of telling me to go to the front desk, she said she would get me one. Again with a big smile and positive attitude. Great experience....
