“we lived in double bunk bed room. They put our room in front of the lift which can be a little noisy. The bathroom is pretty small. The room is clean.
Free coffee provided downstairs.
Noted that they only have one wash machine and a dryer which is limited. You can borrow their bike.”

"Unbeatable location directly connecting to Shibuya station, spacious room overlooking the famous crossing. Staff are friendly and helpful, have no problem communicating in English.

"It was a very nice experience for me and a husband to spend two nights there. The hotel located silently on the peak. As we Rent-A-Car to drive there, you must be very careful to drive at night, but most likely on daytime you can enjoy the forest view in Hakone.
Staffs are very helpful and friendly there. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. The view of Hotspring is very nice, Afterwards, you can enjoy free ice cream from the vending machine🙏 this place made me totally relaxing. Thank you for everything"

"I booked five nights. The first night was not very good experience. They gave me a very bad room. And then I told them the room was very bad. The manager checked the room and they felt bad. They apologise to me. And then they upgraded me to the suite. I am so happy not because they upgraded me. Is because they really treat the customer very serious. When they found the room was not up to standard and they apologised. This is what’s we called “good service“. I will definately come back next time. "
