“Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions.”

“This was a perfect place for our family to stay while celebrating our granddaughter’s graduation! Spacious living room, very cute decor and good location. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance plus it is across the street from Cabela’s! The guys loved that! We did have issues communicating with the property manager when we got to Grand Forks, however, they made it right with us! We would stay there again!”

“A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried……

“Our family of 8, comfortably shared this convenient home close to UND. The kitchen was the prime location for dinner, discussions and camaraderie. The rooms are comfortable and accommodating. The location was within a few driving minutes to downtown eateries, grocery stores and walking distance to the UND campus. We never had a problem while at the home, and this Texas family got a kick out of seeing the resident wild bunny that lives under the porch as they are as abundant there as our……

We were there to sleep and were out all day and most of the night for our daughter's graduation. Our host is so nice and checked in with us to make sure all was going well.”
