Very relaxing and chilled - exactly what I was looking for - but if you want nightlife then this isn’t the place for you

It was dirty from room to swimming pools. Needs to be fixed. No storage for clothes.
Trying to get to boat pier was a mission.
This is definitely not 5 stars.
Left disappointed.

The potential of the place is great, but the beach is dirty (plastics and other stuff that are drifting to shore), the transfer from the land is weak, the service is not as expected.

Not enough transport available.
Waited 20 minutes on 2 occasions for transport to rom and 15 minutes on 3rd occasion
Asked for room clean and turndown as towels needed changing and new shower gel needed but not received.
We did not receive welcome drink.
Did not feel 5 star experience
Today we stay in 5 star in Patong and is more luxurious

Beautiful resort consisting mostly of villas alongside large pools or with their own little pool. Dining options are great including a seafood restaurant at the beach. Resort is both suitable for couples as well as families with friends.
