Beautiful resort! Excellent staff. Food and drinks on the resort are way too expensive. For the price, the rooms need upgrades and some repairs.

The property was vast and beautiful, but there was no place to sit and rest. It was over 200 yds from my hotel to the beach, there was not one bench or chair along the way
to rest there were side walks everywhere thru the hotel buildings the pools the activities area but no place to sit down I was tired when I reached the beach.

The Hotel lives up to its name “Tranquility”.
Luxurious, Clean , Beautiful pool & beach & Tiki / sports bar was good with nice drinks . Lots of things to do in hotel including bikes, water sports, putting green / beach volleyball
Rooms are clean and spacious.
Great idea having a wristband as your room key. Small pool outside our room was being maintained so that was the only negative but apart from that it was fantastic. Highly recommend

Booked oceanfront and did NOT get even a view. Staff not helpful.

While these villas still offer stunning views of the water, they are not the same room category as our beachfront villas, which are located directly in front of the beach and water and are highly sought after. Apologies for any confusion you may have encountered and thank you for the feedback. Our team loves to provide complimentary upgrades when possible. Second year in row we visited Tranquilty Bay. French doors open to ocean and pool so quiet peaceful and property is gorgeous
