“Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.”

“I stayed in Ivotel during my solo travel to Abidjan. Overall the experience was great but some things were lacking. I took advantage of the airport shuttle, I was expecting a staff at the airport since I already provided my arrival details, I had to buy a SIM card at the airport to call the hotel before someone came. Now my room, my room was quite spacious, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. However, there was a gutter (drainage) smell I noticed everytime I entered the room, your nose……

“Le personnel de l’hôtel (tout comme les Ivoiriens en général) est particulièrement charmant et attentif. L’hôtel lui-même est propre et moderne et la nourriture y est bonne, ceci en particulier au Abidjan café qui est situé directement à coté de la cour arrière.”

“Les chambres sont confortables malgré la vetusté des lieux. Le personnel est accueillant et avenant. Je recommande au gerant de diversifier le menu du ptit dej, de trouver le moyen d'erradiquer les ptits cafards dans les chambres (ex. Sensibiliser les clients sur la bonne tenue des chambres, acquerir les bons produits en poudre pour les eradiquer). Sinon, notre sejour a été agreable”
