“What a delight to stay in this property in French Lick, Indiana! I booked a villa in order to invite family from across the nation to join me to view the Total Eclipse event. The facility was perfect for my needs and wants. I loved the roominess, the two balconies, the ample table/dining space, full kitchen, comfortable beds. Even a huge jacuzzi tub and dry sauna! I loved the location as it was quiet, and we were able to walk to all events. Once I parked my Jeep, I didn't start it again……

“The cabin was nice and very clean. It has an awesome big screen porch. A nice quiet place to go to get away.”

“Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.”

“This is quite the place, a log cabin right on the bank of the Ohio River. This property is off the “beaten path” and very remote. The rental is very rustic looking, yet has all the amenities we could ask for; WiFi, air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, and comfortable furniture. It is truly a gem. My only thought is that the WiFi didn’t connect well in the “far reaches” of the master bedroom. I would get a eero or something that extends the WiFi reach; other than that, the master bedroom has……

“The property was very well cared for. It provided a relaxing time for our family to unwind. The hot tub was a plus and enjoyed greatly. Thanks for letting us stay and would definitely return!”

“Great little spot for a getaway. 5 minutes from French Lick, but felt like we were out in the sticks.”

“We stayed over memorial day weekend and had a great time. There were 4 of us and a dog, yet there was plenty of space to spare. The back porch backs directly up into the woods, and I kept trying to catch glimpse of sasquatch to no avail. The home had abundant towels and blankets, which was a nice thing to not worry about especially when swimming at the lake and having to shower multiple times. Do beware of the GPS, which tries to take you to an adjacent property. There are signs posted telling……

“My wife and I celebrated our 27th anniversary. The cottage was nice. Tammy the property manager was friendly and easily accessible. She shared her knowledge of the area and recommended good restaurants. It was chilly for our stay, so we didn’t get to explore the grounds, but they looked beautifully kept.”

“We were fortunate to have the hill too ourselves, beautiful view from hill, but views limited in cabins 2, 3 & 4. Cabin 1 had the best cabin view. Cabin 3 & 4 is a duplex with only a latch door to separate you. We stayed in cabin 3 it was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed a quiet night on the hill with a firepit and the fire wood provided. The hot tub was very nice, but located down by the main house which requires you too drive down and park . The host was very polite and helpful when available.……

“Excellent location and very well maintained property. Only word of caution is that if you stay in the upstairs room, sound carries from the entire house including the back porch so if you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot to sleep.”
