Garbage piled up in containers. Elevator stopped working.. we are on the third floor,, glad I don”t have heavy suit cases. Been down since early AM. Customer service behind the desk with headphones on.really headphones! last time we’ll be staying here

Room was very clean everything worked in room the Breakfast Buffett that’s included is out of this world delicious Very Friendly Staff as well

Hot tub was not working. Room smelled a little of smoke and the mini fridge knob was broken so it didn’t get cold. A/C kept shutting off so it got hot most of the night.

I'm very sorry about the hot tub, we had it fixed for a few days but then a different part went out and we forgot to update its status to our/OTA websites. We have had maintenance switch out the refrigerator in that room since you left, and they were also able to look at the A/C unit. I'm very sorry about the spa, it was fixed for a few days and then another part broke before we could update its status to our/OTA websites. I hope the rest of your experience was pleasant, and I hope you have a good rest of your day
