“Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.”

“Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic in the countryside with a great walk around with great views. The room was modern and decorated beautifully to match the building architecture. The pub has a great vibe and the restaurant food was delicious (just note no dogs in the main restaurant) and service is great. Our room was quite warm which meant not getting 100% and as it’s a pub it can be noisy in the evenings/night. ”

“I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. ”

“Close and convenient to the motorway, we used it as a stop off on a long journey south. The staff are great and they do a nice little kids packs and free hot chocolate. The hotel is quite dated but clean. Could definitely do with a big refurb. Pool nice and warm, clean but again just dated. The only issue we had was the bed. Never have a stayed on such a noisy, uncomfortable bed. It was like a camp bed. ”

“A very basic hotel, no fridge, no slipper, no teeth brush, no room service unless requested. However regarding its price I have no more complaint about these. A value for money hotel to be recommended for budgeted traveller.”

“Location and view is amazing and the food at dinner excellent. I understand why some people have complained about the lack of choice as it is either 3 courses or testing menu so if you only wanted 2 courses tough. But the 3 courses we ate were delicious. We were late booking a room for a Saturday night and got the last room, No:36, which does not have the amazing views, it is looking at the cliff wall and car park, so it's dark and gloomy, made more so by the very odd and poor……
