“Overall a lovely stay during the pre season. Compared to other hotels in the area, the Grand Azur offered enough space to relax while offering entertaining activities. “Nice place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice restaurants and food options. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun deck chairs. One drawback or negative was mini fridge in room which wasn’t in working condition. As I’m diabetic and need to store my insulin in fridge. I requested for a replacement which didn’t happened even after couple reminders. I ended up asking staff at the reception to keep my insulin in fridge they had there. Also, they don’t provide iron and ironing……

“The staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. The room was extremely dirty room service only came once after we begged them many many times. We had to use dirty towels. They wouldn’t change our towels either my mum has to beg reception and get from reception her self. Not only was the room dirty but the hotel it’s self was dirty and extremely old . . The carpet in the room was non walkable the fridge was old and rotten the bathroom and toilet was dirty. There was garbage all over the……

“The hotel and staff were amazing, the food was second to none, in terms of quantity quality and variety it was unbelievably good , the only negative thing I experienced was the lack of anywhere quite, the music was on at the pool in the lobby and in the restaurant all day and up until late night, in between sound tracks you could hear the music coming from the surrounding hotels. overall it was a great stay , most of the holidays we go on are normally quiet forest camp sites , so I don’t think I……
