"The check-in was fast. The bed was comfortable. The drapery allowed too much light into the room from the outside lights which did bother my sleep. The room showed signs of wear on the desktop and one wall was damaged. The breakfast was adequate. We arrived after dark in a rain storm and had difficulty finding the hotel back behind a gas station. The sign may not have been lit up and my gps took me right past it the first time."

"A tiny truck stop motel unlikely to impress from the outside. But the hosts were welcoming and the room nice for the price. As long as outside-opening doors don't worry you one can recommend the place. I appreciated seeing the manager trying to spruce up the immediate surroundings."

"Beautiful refurbished building, spacious room (201). Very comfortable one night stay. There is a train down the street but it didn’t keep us awake. Food voucher for $10 off our breakfast at a choice of 3 restaurants. WiFi was too slow to use but maybe just needed resetting. We were at end of trip so didn’t need for planning anyway. "
