"A nice place probably no more than 2 adults and 2 kids will be comfortable here. Hosts were very nice. No AC but we were there when it was cool so no problem. Would stay here again just remember you are camping!"

Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. "We visit the area once a twice a year to enjoy the amazing fishing that Lake Ontario offers. This is our first time staying at your property. We had a great time! The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Bob Pollard is a gracious host, commutation with Bob is an easy as it comes. The property is clean, neat and loaded with amenities. The location is perfect, easy to get to and the view from the outdoor deck is spectacular. The main house offers plenty of room for a large group and yet enough space to find peace and quiet if needed, The main dining area offers a huge table which sits eight to ten people.
