“TLDR: House is old (in not a cute way), broken (or one strong breeze from being broken), cheap, and possibly dangerous. Complaints in previous reviews not fixed. The hot tub was ice cold the whole weekend (our main reason for picking this house - please don't pick it expecting to use the hot tub). Full review: This house is thoroughly "meh". “Waterview cottage is comfortable and very clean. The accommodations look new and we had good sleep. The kitchen has most of the necessary equipment for meal preparation. A baking sheet pan is needed. WiFi and Roku TV was excellent. The primary bedroom bed was so tall/high my wife could not get in or out of it. That necessitated sleeping in the 2 twins. Plus, one of the twins was missing the top mini mattress. The view is mostly of the neighborhood street, nearby homes and their roofs and a small……

“The property is located in a small neighborhood right by the water. While there are houses fairly close it is quiet with beautiful views. The house is clean and has good appliances/wifi for a comfortable stay. It is a one bedroom with a big bathroom and living room. The screened in patio is good to avoid the mosquitos. One note is for those with mobility issues, the shower/bathtub has a high ledge with a thicker width to get in/out.”

“We came for the Ironman 140.6 and we lucked out finding this lovely cottage! It was the perfect location, the property was beautful, and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Dave and Cindy were so kind and helpful! They welcomed us to the property, gave us restaurant recommendations, let us pick some figs, and were very helpful when I left something behind. We would love to stay again!”
