“I organized a large (15 person) bachelorette weekend at this property in early April. It is an absolutely gorgeous house and the host had a number of thoughtful touches - like extra firewood for the firepit, coffee supplies, and a bottle of bubbly for our bride! The beds were comfortable (even the twins!), which was lucky because one bedroom on the breakdown was not really usable, so a handful of guests relocated to one of the 'kid rooms.' I was given Soooo many rules about who could come where they needed to park and NO ONE could sleep over. Last time I checked I rented the whole house for 48 hours. “We had a wonderful time at Blake House with our extended family. Lots of room for everyone and we all loved the property, pool and offerings. The elevated welcome package, yoga session (for 11 of us!) and Chef Erica and team dinner were such incredible experiences. It was a perfect vacation. Highly recommend!!”

“We’ve stayed at sea watch before so knew what to expect. The place was nice and has sufficient beds. The only weird part is you walk into a den with beds. Tough to not disturb whoever is using those beds with no door and next to front door. There was a drip in the master bathroom from shower head. Easy fix just kind of annoying to hear all week. “House was very clean and well kept! Grace property manager was on top of every thing from check in and our stay! Place is great for two families and roomy. The community is friendly and has two pools and lots of amenities. Only thing that they could improve is to have one more outside trash can.”
