“Beautiful house and location. Has everything you need. I was especially appreciative of the child safety features like the gate at the top of the stairs and different sized kids life vests. Very clean.”

“Too steep of a bank for senior citizens to get to the dock and back up hill. Grandchildren had no problems with this matter. All amenities were just what we needed.”

“Lake Avant was in my opinion 2nd to none. My family of 30 and I enjoyed the experience of the lodge and cottage. They were both top notch clean and had everything that we needed in the kitchen. The youth enjoyed playing pickle ball and the other games on the grounds and inside. The weather was nice for first coupe days so the younger children enjoyed the outside. The older men enjoyed kayaking and we also appreciated how both homes were decorated so beautifully. This made our Christmas……

“This turned out to be an ideal location for family members from various parts of the country to come together for the week after Christmas to spend time together. There was plenty of room for everyone, places to set up games, puzzles, play music, watch movies, or just sit and chat. We loved the charming cabin decor and comfy furniture. The large dining table allowed all of us to share meals together and the well-stocked kitchen enabled the cooks in our group to make some special dishes. The……

“What a remarkable and nostalgic cabin. Our family stayed for 3days/2nights and when I tell you that we didn’t want to leave.!!!! Everything about Logged Out was a dream. We enjoyed the beautiful layout, the awesome fire pit, lake access, awesome eateries nearby and so much more… definite 5 out of 5 for vacation spots. We can’t wait to book our summer stay soon. “This house was perfect for our family trip. It is right off the main channel of the lake. It has a sandy beach for the kids to play on. Plenty of room with 5 bedrooms.”

“This cute cabin was a pleasure to stay in. The owners were very responsive, kind and helpful. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors that wave! As soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home. The downstairs has a full bath, cute kitchen, laundry, living room with books for all ages, a tv and…. the best screened in porch overlooking the pond! We enjoyed our mornings having coffee on the back porch and one night we had a fire in the fire pit. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1……

“My husband, 13 month old and I all had a great stay on Lake Norman! We were only there for a couple nights for a short getaway but could have definitely stayed longer to enjoy the area more. We enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a MASSIVE 40 pound catfish) and the location was very peaceful. Thanks again!”

“We had a wonderful time. Casa Del Rio met all of our needs. Home was clean and ready to go. Plenty of dishes, pans and kitchen equipment. Air conditioning was spot on. The view was wonderful. Something for everyone. Could easily dock the boat. Had deep water. The only thing that could be difficult for those with disabilities is that there are quite a few stairs. We all did well with it and it was a short walk to the docks. Loved the location because it had fewer boat traffic. Thank you”

Charming cabin with nice views of the lake, comfortable beds, lots of pillows & cozy blankets, plenty of towels, fun fire pit for s'mores, grill worked well, nice covered dock area with chairs and tables. Neighborhood was quiet, close to Publix, casual restaurants, and Mountain Creek park.”

“Not a shack but a well appointed bungalow which faced Lake Norman. The sunrises were beautiful. The bungalow was clean with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is small but upgraded with a waterfall shower head. The living space was open and suitable for my family and dog. The outdoor space was extraordinary. We ate outside and enjoyed all the decks. The fenced in yard was terrific for my dog. Very enjoyable experience.”

“Although we didn’t get to enjoy the property very much it was really beautiful. The lake views are gorgeous. The suite is private and just as described. Really comfy bed, nice towels, coffee and coffee supplies. Dawn is really nice and we talked to her a couple times while we were there. We didn’t need anything but if we did she was very accessible and the communication was great. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. When you get there you will be greeted by two or three huge,……
