“We came to Ithaca for our daughter’s graduation and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanjay and Shu’s place. It was exceptionally clean, quiet neighborhood and very comfortable! After a very long day of travel, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit and pastries from Wegmans! Communication with the hosts was excellent, even providing me with links on parking for the graduation ceremonies. If you are visiting your child at Cornell, I highly recommend staying here. The place had everything we needed and you could tell that the host took amazing care of the property. “The apartment is located in the downstairs of a split level house with family living upstairs. It was in a lovely quiet neighborhood, about 7 miles from downtown Ithaca. The entrance in the back of the house was easily accessed but if you have a family member with mobility issues this might be a problem. It was clean and there was a lovely welcome basket full of snacks, coffee pods and a bottle of wine. The single beds were fairly uncomfortable but the queen bed was fine. Furniture was dated……

“I booked the property for my husband and I to have a leaf peeping weekend away but his plans unfortunately had changed so I took my sister along instead. We loved the house! Kara greeted us as we pulled into the driveway, she was so friendly and said to text anytime with any issues. We had no issues or problems at all. The house was very clean, so well stocked, it felt like a B and B. She had a vase of flowers in the kitchen, fresh baked cookies for us, fresh eggs from their free range chickens……

“This is our second time at the property and it was perfect. The house is spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of three. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, which is what we did each night as after skiing we were too tired to go out. Plenty of linens and space for all the snow gear. Great location close to Greek Peak and the lodge for the water park.”

“Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out.
