“From first communication James was an excellent host with prompt replies and willingness to accommodate my extended stay requests. Check in was a breeze and the house was beautiful and clean with so many little extra things that made the stay that much easier. From providing laundry detergent to Tupperware containers and so many other things in between. Location was perfect, everything is within walking distance and locals are friendly and helpful. Felt safe staying there by myself as a 33 year……

“This property is a beautifully maintained vintage 1920s/1930s home. The wood floors are beautiful. There are many unique features such as built-in cabinets and even a built-in ironing board. The town is also quite nice and a good place for walking.”

“This VRBO is so pretty and secluded, yet is relatively close to much of you want to see. It took us about 20 minutes to to our destinations. The information sheet left for us was very helpful when it came to the restaurants and stores close to us. The room is like a suite in a hotel. There is a large closet so you don't need to clutter up the room with luggage. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. I needed to use my cane on some of the outdoor uneven pavement and……

“The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit.”

“The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set……
