“Our stay was wonderful! The restaurants under the hotel were wonderful and there is so much to do within walking distance. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure!”

“I was only there for one night - I asked a security guard a question about restaurants in the area - it was raining so he escorted us via the skywalk to a local place. He was so nice. My room was very nice as well. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

“Great stay. Very nice hotel and great location in downtown Grand Rapids. Parking is $38 per vehicle but it is very secure and pretty standard for downtown Grand Rapids. ”

“2 bedroom 2 bath room was spacious, with privacy for all. Living room furniture and kitchen cupboards definitely worn. Bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Location was perfect to De Vos and many excellent restaurants. Most importantly their check out is noon compared to 11 am like most. Would stay again.”

“We were returning guests to this hotel and we will more than likely be back again. The location is fantastic, everything is clean, staff is friendly, and the room is spacious. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and hot tub as well. Our only complaint would be that the beds/pillows could be more comfortable, but there are definitely worse out there. ”

“The only thing I would really complain about with this hotel is that there was yellow spots all over the comforter. The floors were sticky as well like our room had not been cleaning at all just restocked and they had thrown us in there. ”
