“The location of this property is great and it is a large property on a small beach. Exterior looks great but the interior of the room we stayed, junior suite left a lot to be desired. Outdated and very basic. Kind of like lodge accommodations. Bathtub/shower was very quirky to use and outdated. Now I can’t vouch for the condition of other higher priced rooms but this was ours. Nice bar area and restaurant area. Food was average. Indoor swimming pool and exercise area were nice. Staff very……

“We didn't have a table and chairs outside. We called the front desk and asked for them. They never came. We got our beach chairs out of our car to use.”

“Most of these reviews give less than 5 stars because it’s outdated, which it is, but other than that I love my stay. I had no issues. Front desk staff were super friendly. Coffee machine in the room which was nice. Great area and location too, a lot of restaurants in walking distance. They are in the middle of renovations so keep that in mind but I’m excited to come back when it’s completed!! ”

“It's a good place to stay in Greenport. Convenient to downtown Greenport. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“Great hotel for the money, though it's a little off the beaten path (I had no idea where to find Old Saybrook from the hotel location). Still, it was perfect for my needs. They had a nice (free) continental breakfast and the pool area was great. ”

“We really enjoyed the stay at Inn at harbor hill marina. We are at room #7. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet, and beautiful inn, breakfast is great and walking distance to the town center, broadwalk, and beach(they even have guess pass for us). There is bikes you can rent. Live music on Saturday. We didn’t get the complimentary boat ride but it starts in middle of June. Overall we had relaxing and happy anniversary trip. Highly recommend to my friends who visit Niantic.”

“This hotel is right out of a movie set! Fancy snacks, drinks and warm chocolate chip cookies during the day. Spacious room, awesome rooftop with gas fireplaces. Great location. Aidan could not have been more accommodating. He is the epitome of fine customer service and should manage his own hotel one day.”
