Only criticism of the apartment is the absence of a chopping board : ) Also, although we understand the pool rules we felt they were a bit strict (no balls, no inflatables, no toys) especially given lots of children visit. We have been to other hotels on the island where these things are permitted. However, the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. La salle de restaurant est très moderne, le seul petit bémol il faut parfois patienter un peu pour avoir une table. Repas variés et de bonne qualité. “Beautiful position for a relaxing stay, employees always kind and willing to help, food was ok but too many flies in the buffet area (actually flying on the food) and dishes not always clean. Excluding this: all good 🤗”

“The room was spacious, with bedroom, living area, kitchen area, and terrace; it was clean and well looked after. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was great, it was quiet, sizeable pool for the amount of guests, peaceful space to relax by the pool with good snack bar food for lunch. Sadly we found a cockroach in our room on the last day. I live in Spain and know that it’s a Spain problem and doesn’t necessarily reflect cleanness of the space but this should be addressed. ”

“L’annonce décrit une maison pour 4 avec une chambre , et en plus un canapé lit, il s’agit d’un studio / une seule pièce mitoyen , voisins très proches. L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse).……

“Our hotel was changed to the Alua Soul and we were given suites. The holiday was a birthday present to my Father and we were all blown away by the accommodation so thank you very much. All the staff were amazing especially the reception staff for booking taxis and helping my dad after he had too much wine and locked himself out of the safe. I would recommend this to anyone and thank you for an unforgettable holiday. ”
