“上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。 ”

“One of the best hotel in Lombok, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is a must try! The food always exceed my expectations, and the price is very reasonable. I came to the hotel for its beach and the facilities but I stayed for the restaurant.”

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。 缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“Det bästa hotellet jag har bott på. Personalen var bland de snällaste jag träffat. Så mysigt och fint hotell. Vi bodde helt själva på hotellet, så vi fick tillgång till poolen när vi ville. Vi fick frågan om städning varje dag samt nytt vatten och toalettpapper. Hotellet ligger precis vid stranden och är bra läge till restauranger och shopping. Ligger även granne med en minimart. Absolut 10/10 får detta hotell, och självklart personalen 10/10. Kommer definitivt rekommendera vidare detta hotell.”

“Tampah Hills was nothing we had ever experienced before. Our "room" (villa!) was extremely spacious, and our group of 8 never felt we were too close to each other. Everything is brand new, and you feel this is truly something special. Service was personal and warm. The area is beautiful and we are already planning our return next year!”

“Nous avons adoré notre séjour au mango lodge, les employés sont vraiment tous gentils et aidant. Aucune charge mentale la bas, ils s’occupent de tout. Booking pour les excursions, bon restaurant sur place avec room service, location scooter, laundry service et plus. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisé et beaucoup d’espace de rangement. Le lit est confortable. À 5 minutes à pied de la plage principale de selong où on peut voir de magnifique coucher de soleil et se baigner. ”

Got great tips the first day on beaches to visit, warungs to choose etc which were excellent. Breakfast was great They provide towels for the beach every day Villas are really quiet so you sleep very good Some minor issues. The door was really hard to close. One power output next to the bed didnt work for the entire week. Last 3 nights, no hot water in the shower (not fun when you……

“Conveniently located”

“Cute little resort. The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination. Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel……

“Lavela villas es pequeño lugar tranquilo . Bien equipado con un excelente trato por parte del personal que es muy familiar, siempre muy atento y pendiente de tus necesidades. Siempre atentos no sólo al cuidado de las habitaciones y el servicio , sino también del jardín y plantas , piscina , entorno ... etc . Muy cerca del centro de Kuta punto de conexión social , comercial .. etc Fácil parking vigilado para motos y algún coche , ( el método más cómodo en la isla es la moto ). Agua ok . A C -……
