" I love this property, however, last night I stopped in the lounge/restaurant and it was very busy and only one person taking care of everyone! Sue did an amazing job taking care of the customers but it would have been nice if there was a manager on duty to pitch in!"

I had requested 2 beds and she stated she only had a king room. We agreed and went to the room to find the grounds run down, unkept and not inviting. In the room there was no coffee packets so I asked the front desk for some and she stated she would send someone to the room, never came so I called the after hour number and he stated housekeeping was...
