We had a great stay. Accommodations were wonderful staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They were very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Valet service was on point very hospitable kind and caring. Starbucks was connected to the hotel staff was very friendly always in a great mood wonderful way to start my morning. I experienced the manager from the hotel offering a guest from neighboring hotel his very own phone charger cord because the hotel that they were staying in did not have USB ports. That is going above and beyond and I will recommend and stay here again. Thank you for giving us a great 10th wedding anniversary stay.

This was a great stay! From start to finish. It was my boyfriend and I first time staying here and we had an ocean view which was amazing waking up to. Very nice amenities and just so comfortable. Location was spot on with Ocean Drive. Close up to the action but far enough for quiet as well. We definitely plan on staying again when we return.

The property was great and the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel specially if you are first timer in Miami is the best. I highligh recommend the place and I will go again.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The lobby scent is refreshing. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping were convenient. However, on this trip, I was put in a not-so-desirable room. The room was outside the conference rooms, just above the lobby. We heard loud conversations and laughter late in the night. There was a dog barking on our floor. In addition, the room did not have a good view and shared space with a conference room, but it was spacious. The sign and tall trees blocked the view. Such a bummer.

This was a beautiful experience. The room was pretty to look at and we were given SO many perks- towels, umbrellas, drinks, etc. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and so kind. I AM definitely going back time and time again.
