"The house is in a fabulous location- steps away from the beach in beautiful Sunny Isles. It was convenient, and offered just what we needed, a refreshing change of scenery with our son and grandchild. The outdoor table and chairs in the lovely backyard added to our enjoyment, and the boogy board was a nice addition for our teenager."

"Nice small hotel located within walking distance of the beach, groceries, and eateries in south beach. Hotel cafe is very good and reasonably priced, staff are as friendly as can be. Would definitely recommend for your visit."
