“Very convenient right on the seafront, and can walk into town about 2 mins away, nice comfy room beds comfy tv, tea and coffee facilities couldnt fault it.”

Lots of little details which added character to the room and gave it a homey feel such as small ornaments. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of cold meats, pastries etc even though it was only us staying. Only a 10 minute drive to Newtown so it has everything you need.”

“We spotted this stunning property and looked no further. The house did not disappoint, grand and full of character. The only thing with more character is Steve the owner, what a wonderful helpful Gent he is. He's truly worthy of a visit! I guess if he has room free you could try staying a couple of nights or so as we did! The property is grand and beautifully presented with wonderful gardens, stunning views I thoroughly enjoyed my full cooked breakfast my wife said Steve's scrambled eggs were……

“An amazing location tucked away in a valley just outside welshpool. Wood burner and hot tub made the autumnal stay amazing”

“Key provided didn’t work in my allocated room so I was allowed to use a different room which turned out to be a flat. Bit of an inconvenience but I probably got a better room for the same price so can’t complain. ”

“The owners of the B&B were extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us some excellent advice. The room was clean and comfortable and fine for one night. However, we were woken at 6.30 am by what I think was a door banging in the wind which was frustrating as we had a long drive ahead of us. And no breakfast was offered at all due to corona virus rules but I understand that room service could be offered so I wonder whether a continental breakfast could be offered in the rooms? Overall though, we……
