Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. The ad should be changed to reflect the accurate information……

“It’s was perfect for what I needed. A comfortable place to sleep and a hot shower. The room was perfectly appointed also. I would recommend and stay there again. ”

I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing! “4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.”

“My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities.”

“Property owner privately messaged me a long list of unreasonable policies not listed on vrbo and claimed guests must follow them. He or his staff hold the right to enter the property for weekly maintenance during your stay so please let him in. He also wants a copy of all guests government IDs. No other person allow in the property. Specifically no gathering at all. He holds the right to ask you to leave without refund if he finds something broken. You might be asked for credit card or cash……

For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”

“Kerri's home was perfect for our stay! The home was very well kept and spacious. It was the perfect staging area for my groomsmen to get ready in prior to my wedding. It would also be the perfect space for a group of 8 people with ample bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms to accommodate a larger group”
