It is close to were I was working and close to the town and by the waterfront with plenty of places to eat and drink. I have stayed at TY before for many months for work in the local area

4 star rated hotel but definately lacking in customer service when something goes wrong. Was allocated room with dirty bedsheets, and reception offered to refund breakfast for the inconvenience but never happened. Also the £1 deposit charged at the time of booking which is meant to be refunded also didn’t happen. Impossible to get through to someone after checkout.
Restaurant food also overpriced for quality of food.

The reception demand a security deposit of £50. You do not get a receipt of acknowledgement of the payment. The printer is broken (my first and second visit) so an email receipt will be sent to you email later.
1. The rate charged is mor than agreed at the time of booking.
2. There is no mention of the security deposit on the receipt.
3. Will I be given a refund as I did not charge anything to the room, and the receipt does not acknowledge they have the money.
Very unhappy with the financial aspect of this hotel.
