“It was an Anniversary break, and this was specifically referenced in the booking ..... but it was not acknowledged in anyway when we arrived at the hotel, which for a Hilton hotel is very rare. The hotel was very noisey, as they were getting ready for a concert, which was not mentioned when booking. We have stayed at the hotel many, many times .... but this stay was distinctly average.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here, particularly loving the stable room with its peace and quiet and enormous king bed. We arrived late and went for a walk around the Secret Garden at sunset which was completely magical .. followed by delicious food and cocktails in Harry’s Bar. I have to say the bar and serving staff were exceptional, friendly and smiling and welcoming, on a busy night they remained top class throughout. Highly recommend this hotel for a romantic break, it pressed our reset……

“It’s fine, that’s about it really. It’s clean, has everything you need but nothing to get excited about. Pool needs to be booked well in advance. ”

“The reception lady Dona is very helpful. But the room is not really clean, under a pillow there have some biscuits.”

“The staff at this property are very likeable and friendly. Whenever we are visiting our Sister who lives in the village, the main Reception lady is so wonderfully helpful whenever we stay. Always happy to see us and helpful.”

“The hotel used to be an IBIS hotel, so have similar decoration. The room is basic but sufficient, actually slightly better than I expected. No lift.”
