The lighted sign for the hotel is only half working so it was confusing on the dark and foggy night to find. I was promised a room with a bathtub and sitting area and was given one with a shower and no sitting area. I was able to switch rooms. The check-in clerk pointed out the directions to the workout room and the pool. The next morning I walked by the pool and there was a sign that said it was closed. I went to the front desk and asked when it would be open and was told they did not know when it would be open. Breakfast was pretty basic. I chose the hotel because of its location and the pool. I decided to switch to another hotel and I checked out at 10:00 AM. I was charged more than Expedia promised for the rooms and I was charged two times. I had to call to get a credit but I was still overcharged. I called the hotel and they said I owed $190 per night instead of the original rate of $130 per night. I complained that I checked out because the pool was closed and the clerk said it was not closed. When I challenged the clerk that the pool was not open she hung up on me. I will never stay at this or any other Hampton Inn Hotel.

Didn’t like fact that we did not have housekeeping service. Had to empty our wastebaskets several times and ask for more toilet paper. Also bought our own Kleenex.
