“Nous avons passé 4 nuits absolument superbes au Balai sa Baibai ! L'hôtel est calme, reposant, tout le personnel est très agréable et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. “Location is great, directly across from SM Mall of Gensen, that means many food options. The room design and deco is a little old, but clean, the desk lamp didn't work in my room, it keeps flickering, but i just had it off, so there wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good, next to the pool. ”

“Stayed 3 nights in this newer boutique hotel on the smaller scale, which I usually prefer for the personalized experience, however, this hotel was somewhat lacking in this department. The staff was pleasant in a reserved kind of way. The room was very clean but the air-conditioning was inadequate even at the lowest setting. One corner of the hallway next to my room was piled deep with rollaway beds, presumably from the lack of storage space. The hot water in the shower would cut out……
