“First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light……

“Not allow to bring foods and drinks. It's cheaper to book at the hotel coz they charge 200 pesos for 12 hrs or 300 pesos for 24 hrs, you can save double at booking online. Same owner to Flor-Al pension house in Butuan City. Never again”
