“The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit. Overall we would absolutely stay here again! There are so many great activities that the house offers, I really appreciated……

“We came in for a wedding and wanted a bit more than the hotel block could offer. The house was in a perfect central location and it was so nice to wake up and make your own coffee and breakfast that we enjoyed on the back porch as the weather was perfect! Great communication from start to finish and would certainly stay there again on our next trip to Oswego.”

“We visit the area once a twice a year to enjoy the amazing fishing that Lake Ontario offers. This is our first time staying at your property. We had a great time! The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. “Fantastic, clean and comfortable stay!! The house was massive with more than enough room for our group of 9. We didn't have the best weather during our visit so we were grateful for such large common areas and we were not crowded at all. The property was fantastic and we enjoyed walking the waterfront. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We were visiting Liverpool/Syracuse and it was a very close drive and easy to get to. Can't recommend enough, we are already looking forward to our stay next……

“During our stay here, my family and I enjoyed such a beautiful home with a waterview of the lake. The owners we're super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. There was so much space for a big family. Although we stayed there during the winter, we we're still able to enjoy indoor family game time. This was definitely a home to get away from the city life and to reconnect with family. My family and I will definitely try to stay in this home soon again in the summer!”

“Staying at Fox Point was truly a dream for our family get-away during the solar eclipse. My husband and I, along with our family, got the chance to enjoy each others' company for an extended long weekend during the solar eclipse in this beautiful home. The large family room was perfect for games and puzzles, relaxing, reading, and just spending time with one another. We loved having the big dining room table that we could all eat around, a fully stocked kitchen to cook meals in, and the fire pit……

“Location is great - overlooking the Erie Canal. Basic home is also great - spacious and accommodating. My family actually had a great time at our eclipse watching reunion. But there were a lot of irritating maintenance issues. Biggest was the front door key code lock would not lock from the outside. We finally figured out we could lock the front door from the inside and exit our whole group through the garage and still leave the house secure. Owner was not there to let us in and did not provide……

“Great cottage! Quiet property, other cabins nearby, but still pretty private. Loved the decor and the screened in porch. Perfect size for my husband and me, for an anniversary weekend getaway. Kitchen has medium sized fridge/freezer, 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven/air fryer, and small kuerig. Would recommend! Thanks!”
