“If your looking for tranquility this is the place. I suprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend away and some much needed down time. We canoed the pond and walked the trails. The beaver's occasionally swam by and we were visited by the blue jays and the gray jays. Bring your candles for those candle lit evenings, remember no hydro. The location was easy to find and everthing was as the pics show. If needed you can charge your phone with the solar powered charger and signal strength is……

“The resort is located in the country area at the river bank, you have your own private dock, private deck you can sit down and enjoy the peace and beauty of the natural. The view is great, you can see the clear reflection of the colorful trees on the river side. The owner is very friendly, and check us in very quickly. The closest supermarket and restaurant are 20+ miles away, but I would rather think it is a just a pre-condition to give you such a good spot in the natural. ”

Except that you had to carry extra baggage to bring with you sheets, pillows and towels - overall a wonderful experience. Our cat daughter Jhansi enjoyed the place, Will definitely go back.”

“We arrived at around 7:15pm, but the door of the reception was closed! And they even didn't accept us to have the dinner at its restaurant, the staff said the lastest reservation time for the dinner was at 6:45! We stayed at a room, not a cottage, we can hear the people who stayed next room, talking clearly just as they were sleeping beside you, it is not private at all!”

“This was a great place to stay with our elderly parents. The home is very clean with every comfort required. The check in was very straight forward. The walk to the lake is breath taking and beautiful. The lake is clean and has a lovely sandy bottom. There is a canoe and sup boards, however we did not use them as the water was a bit rough. I would recommend this place for any family get away.”

“The house and grounds of the property are beautiful! House is tastefully decorated and the gardens are stunning. Hosts are friendly and available to answer questions. Guests should be aware that there are tenants in the basement, but there is a separate entrance and no interaction. We especially appreciated the binder with instructions for appliances and menus etc to local restaurants. Plus the kind invitation to help ourselves to fresh eggs from the chickens and veggies from the grounds! Highly……
