Poor cleanliness

We asked for a rollaway bed was told 15 minutes by front desk no one ever called back to say they didn’t have one or anything. Also we had requested housekeeping but no one showed up to do it. It had a funky smell to the room and our room number was written on a piece of paper taped to the door. Worst hotel experience in a long time.

Its was our first stay in this hotel because of canceled flight. Can call the shuttle to meet you at your terminal within about 15 minutes. Quiet, good breakfast, convenient.
