“Excellent motel, will stay there again…”

“Comfortable good location”

“Couldn’t get into the rental for over 4 hours due to a dead battery on the combination lock. TV didn’t work and was misled about WIFI when I was texted I would get a password for WIFI. The shower was unsafe to use having to step over a bathtub with no grab bars to hold on to. The grounds around the cottage were unsafe with holes and uneven surfaces by the step to the porch and throughout the resort. We didn’t feel we could stay mostly because of the safety issues so we left in the early morning……

“My brother and I spent a lovely weekend fishing the chain. The cabin is in a perfect spot to allow us to dock for lunch and go right back out. We will be back next season.”

“This place is so cute! The retro feel makes it feel like home. The view was amazing. Listening to the tree frogs and watching the loons could not have been more enjoyable. Our youngest found a turtle and she said it was her luckiest day ever! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. It was a 10/10 stay!”

“This property is exactly as described as a cozy couples retreat. We spent a week at the property and felt right at home. The cabin is located in a beautiful setting with views and access to St. Germain Lake. We enjoyed the abundance of wildlife we encountered. “Had a good trip riding sleds. House was as good as advertised, only thing to caution if you bring multiple truck/trailers they won’t fit in the driveway. But the northern motel and cafe is next door and they let us park there which was very helpful. And their breakfast was great! Trail access was right at end of driveway and a great location for going in multiple directions. No issues renting again!”

“This was the perfect setting for our cousin reunion in the North Woods. The home is beautiful and perfectly located. We loved the firepit. Everyone was incredibly lovely and communicative. The only reason I gave it a Good rating for cleanliness was because the last day my bedroom (the master) was quite overrun by flies. I know that it is a working cranberry farm so I have a lot of tolerance for this, but they were everywhere. We did not call the management because it was our last night. ……

“The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. A bit too cold still (late April!) to enjoy the cute porch facing the lake though. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. On the whole a lovely weekend! The one small criticism would be that the towels were a weird microfiber material that was hard to get used to.”

“This cabin was gorgeous! The views of the small lake were amazing, the fire pit area was great and everything worked. The cabin is beautifully decorated and had everything you would need for a great stay. The only negatives to this place were that it did not have Wi-Fi and the tv in the basement is pretty small for the space. Those did not impact us much as we enjoyed the beautiful outdoors and took in all that nature had to offer.”

“We chose this location because it was central to a couple of paddles that we wanted to do on the Wisconsin River. We were not disappointed. We were able to do a short "warm up" paddle on the lake the day we arrived. In spite of some rain near the conclusion of our first river trip, we had a great time! The accommodations were excellent for our needs; making breakfast in the morning and relaxing after a day on the water. Very clean and everything worked! A great stay all around.”
