“I go with my boy friend so comfortable”

“Hygiene of this property was horrible! The property was full of insects and dirt. Bugs and spiders were everywhere - on dining table, on floor, on wall and even on the bed - literally a bug house! We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents. Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead……

“新築なのかな？建物はすごくキレイで清潔感がありました。 布団や食器も全てキレイでした。 リビングと隣りの和室も広くて2家族で泊まりましたが十分な広さでした。 一台分の駐車場がまあまあ狭くて、うちのワゴン車を停めるのには少し苦労しました。 すぐ近くにコインパーキングもあるので、もう一台はそちらに停めました。”

“we would prefer to have been able to communicate with any staff or owner prior to getting there. the house was beautiful, complete kitchen. very clean. the rooms were enough for us. the living room was a plus, allowed us to talk and bond, better if there were two showers, one shower for a family of 9 was rather difficult.”

“I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. ”

“The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. ”

“客廳&廚房算大，但房間蠻小的，浴室也很小。整套房在二樓，要搬行李上樓，樓梯很小。地板很輕薄的感覺，很容易發出聲響，很怕吵到樓下的人。”

“Nice size- about 10 -12 min walk from station. Clean and easy. (Family of 4)”

“Close to the beach- basically walk across the street and you’re there! We had a 8-passenger van… and we fit in the parking spot.”

“Next to railway, sometimes quite noisy”

“すごいきれいな美しいところでした。食器やクッキング器具は全て揃っているので、ご飯などは作っても全然問題なかったです。 ビーチにも非常に近いので、しかもお部屋から海が見えるのですごい便利でした！”

“外見はボロ屋ですが、中は綺麗で快適に過ごせました。”

“親子三代の家族旅行で利用しました 温泉とサウナは最高でした 調理器具やアメニティなどにもこだわりを感じる素敵な宿でした エアコン操作がうまく出来ず、少し寒かったのが残念でした もう少し布団が欲しかったです また利用したいと思える宿でした ありがとうございました”

“酒店就在馬車道站旁，十分方便。Check in 櫃位46樓，同時亦是免費觀景台。房間大，日常用品一應區全，廚具齊全。洗衣機有埋烘乾功能真一流，可以拿出後直接穿上身。樓下有超市以食肆。 有日天氣好時，突然發現看到富士山，真是一大驚喜。即使搭鐵路去中目黑，可以直達不用轉車約半小時，也十分方便。”
