“If you are coming to Monemvasia you should really stay within the castle walls to get the full experience. The hotel is towards the east end of the castle but a very easy walk (5 mins) through the lower town. Like all hotels inside the castle, it is really a cluster of separate houses made into hotel rooms and the room was spacious, beds comfortable with great sea views and nice antique furniture. Most of all as it's at the end of town it's very quiet. I would definitely recommend it”

Could theoretically walk into town, but narrow highway with no sidewalks so better if you have a car.”

“I cannot think of a single thing I did not like about this place. We stayed one night but really wish we were here longer to enjoy the facility. The staff upon arrival came out to the parking area to greet us, they then helped us unload our bags from the car. They took us to the lobby where they had prepared a light snack for us. When we finished the snack they showed us to our room on the second floor. Since there is no elevator to the second floor they carried our bags up to the room for us.……

“Fabulous! Rooms have been renovated, location amazing. Directly on the beachfront with a private balcony. We caught a taxi to Monevasia for 4 euros (1 kilometre) to preserve our energy to walk to the top of Monevasia and walked back after dinner when it was cooler in the evening. A great time to see Monevasia when the tourists have left :) . Great cafes and restaurants nearby.
