“Had reserved a room and omitted stating that I need first floor. My husband is not able to do 17 steps many times in a row. So I went to the desk and thankfully they had a first floor pet friendly room. So all was good but the door handle was defective. Not a big issue but we could not both leave the room at the same time. Door locked automatically and the key would not unlock the door. Brand new shower, freshly painted room with fridge and microwave. Opt for room 114 if lock on door is fixed!”
