I did not like that it was an all inclusive and they did not fill your room with water, soda, or any type of beverage. In the adult section you could not smoke any where except in 1 section that was very far from every thing even the beach I could understand the family section but I was in the adult area & beach. I paid to eat at one of the restaurants, Hibachi ($28 pp) and did not eat my food, however, I could not take what I paid for with me. The entertainment repeated itself every 4 days. The bar at night was very good I did enjoy that, DJ was very good. The beach surrounding hotel was dirty with seaweed must be careful for Sea Urchins, staff does not ensure this is cleaned so you can enjoy. I would not chose this hotel again.

We were at the property 4 years ago and the overall appeal of the property has gone downhill. The staff is still pleasant and helpful doing the best they can with the tools they have but my stay was very disappointing. The only thing going for them is the Jerk Hut. The food on the buffet was mediocre and didn't offer a variety of Jamaican food or fruits. I would commend bellhop Courtney Shakespeare who was always pleasant and smiling. Overall my score would be 3 out of 10

It's an older property, but very well mantained. This was our 2nd trip in 2 years, and they seem to be constantly improving the grounds. In my opinion, it has one of the nicest, and longests, beaches of the resorts in Montego Bay. We will be back next year.

I did not get what I booked, and no effort was made to rectify it. Also the room emmenities was a joke, no water, no cup and stirrers...very unsatisfactory.

I went to Montego Bay Holiday Inn and it was the worst experience ever the place dirty they had flies everywhere there was a crab 🦀 in my bathroom and I was on 2nd Floor of the hotel I don’t no how the crab got into the room but it tried my attack my wife wile she was on the bathroom toilet she ran out of the bathroom screaming and never wanted to use it since I found the crab behind the door and swept it in the hallway and it tried to enter another room Very bad situation there were cats everywhere and the people tried to Scam us outta our money $85 to take a cab 5 minutes away from the resort The people there are bad and The Jamaicans try to sell u all types of illegal drugs on the beach Food was terrible and if looked like 3rd world country food buffet I will never go back to the Holliday In Ever Again even if it was Free don’t go to this place if u read this Review u will be upset that u didn’t listen to This Review sorry to leave out the Flies everywhere the worse Jerk Chicken u ever seen

Clean rooms,can’t swim in ocean extremely shallow,very loud main pool,adult only pool small but nice no deep end,buffet food nice tasty,VIP food staff and ambiance amazing,nightclub nice and loud with locals,2 star at most,rundown loungers and overall bldgs. Entertainment very mellow puts you to sleep. Good luck getting a king size bed.

This is my 4th stay at this hotel and the buffet remains the same, lacks variety. Overall it is a budget friendly hotel, dont expect 5 star treatment. Shout out to Marlon Hinds (bellman) your warm personality is a breath of fresh air, thanks for making us feel welcome.
