Loved the butler service! We are spoiled now and I can't imagine coming back without having it! The only thing we didn't like was there was no grape nut ice cream on site!

Staff is friendly. Looks are nice. However beaches are unkept and food was absolutely terrible. As a VIP, I was actually charged for my room upgrade.

The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. Lots of good food options and snack options, even a beach grill during the day. We will be back

Hotel is a bit outdated but clean. Room is cleaned twice a day. Staff is friendly and provides a lot of activity throughout a day. Sometimes you can’t get to the restaurant because “first come first serve “ policy and no reservation.

Food is good quality, service is great, cleanliness is top notch. Alcohol selection is good. Tequila variety needs improvement but they were very expedited to accommodate our request. Our butlers were on top of every need. We booked an ocean front room which had incredible unobstructed views. Thanks to everyone especially Kerry and Shamar which made us feel welcomed. And Cassandra and Kanesha who are the best bartenders.
