Arrived at hotel at 1pm. Check in was 3pm but was able to check in early and just enjoy the amenities of the hotel before room was ready. Room was not available until 6:30pm. We had also booked a room with two double beds but they gave us a room with 1 king bed because there was nothing else available.

This was my first experience out of the country solo! Mr. Oral was very helpful in making sure I got to the resort safely.
Housekeeping was on point every morning at 10 AM!!! They even made up my room for my birthday.
The food was great, bartender staff friendly.
Everything was dope!!!
The reggae show they put on was excellent, also. Pool bar is a vibe! Definitely will be returning.
Stay here!!! You won’t regret it.

The staff was lovely. Big up to Aaliya! Oral B! Zaire!! Sid and many more at the RIU! They were amazing examples of great guest service.
