Breakfast options very less and dining area was not clean (floor and food areas). Egg was not scrambled well.

Booked a month in advance by mistake wro g location . When i called within 24 hrs to cancel tbey said no refunds! When i asked for a credit they said no credit! The man on the phone was rude and disrespectful. When i tried to make him understand my side he hung up . When i called back tjey hung up again. I will never ever use a best western again and i will let the world know Beware of the best Western in Monticello. Terrible!!!

There was hair in the shower. The carpet in the hallway smells a lot. The hotel is very poorly maintain.
