"The hospitality was outstanding. The owners arranged for me to have an airport transfer, who also walked me right to the door. I was welcomed with mint tea. The place is exactly as advertised in the pictures, with a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean. The Riad is only a 15 minute walk to the Medina, which is nice to have some peace and quiet. Overall 10/10."

"This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want. He printed me boarding pass for my flight because you need paper one and not on app. He can get you shuttle service. Only downside it was cold in the room."

So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive. "This is an idyllic property. Beautifully decorated rooms. Many different seating areas to relax in outside. Lovely pool. Excellent food served outdoors. Generous portions. Beer and wine available. What really makes the stay is the wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful. I loved my time there, perfect to relax and unwind after a 6 day trail ride and before flying home from the convenient airport of Quazazate. Highly recommended in every way! Thank you all!"

"This is a small hotel, one hour south of Marrakesh. It was a nice drive through a couple of villages and slowly climbing but you're in no way at a significant altitude. I asked for a car to take us from our hotel in Marrakesh. That was fine but in hindsight I should have arranged it myself and probably saved myself half the 70 euros I did pay. "According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "
