“My family enjoyed our stay. The first 2 days, the house did not have hot water. The first time we called, we were told "it's not one of the listed amenities". Neither is the roof, but we sort of expect it. We were told someone from the local team would call back. We waited at the house, in case someone would come to fix it. We called again. Still no return call. We finally gave up and went out to enjoy our vacation late in the day. The next day we called again. Waited again. Finally we received……

“Our multigenerational family had a wonderful long weekend. The house was well equipped with tons of amenities, it was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from lake winni! We had 4 adults, two teens and a puppy, and we all enjoyed our stay and the house!!”

“We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.”

“Check in time is 5 not 4 as listed in VRBO. Bring your own sheet also. The sheets provided are sorry. They did not make up all the beds and we could not find sheets to fit the bunk beds for the kids. The house otherwise is nice and everything is new and 2 refrigerators is great. The host is very responsive and helpful. The dock for the boat is convenient and beach great. We had a great time and recommend this property. We give it 4.5 stars.”

“We have vacationed on Lake Winnipasuake for 25 years and have rented this lake house before which indicates it met our needs. Great waterfront, deck for boats, and plenty of grassy area to sit around and talk. Having 4 bedrooms is great”

“Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊”

“Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed in excellent VRBO rentals before. Only problem was garbage from previous rentals had never been removed from property. As snow melted we found an old cigar but on deck as well as dog poop. Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun. Would recommend streamlining instructions, and removing trash as we had……

“Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night. ”

“My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores! This property is perfect for a quiet famiy gathering but I would not recommend it for a large……

“Spacious, clean. Tons of games to play in their game room. Only down side is extremely spotty WiFi but that’s it. Other than that we had a wonderful time.”
