“A bit outdated furniture and carpet would need to be changed. But very clean with very good Fujitsu heating system and always hot water in a shower. Pity microwave is outside in a laundry. ”

“The room was great for the price (plus you can book only one night rather than a minimum of 2 everywhere else around Bright). Great food at the hotel too”

“Communication prior to arrival was excellent with clear instructions for self checkin. On arrival room was lovely & warm. Room was clean & comfortable. Not huge but all we needed . Bathroom huge & well presented. Towels soft & fluffy. Bed was so comfortable . After. 10 hour drive it was wonderful & we slept well. Location is close to cafes & great Thai restuarant. Only downfall are the stairs & having to carry the heavy bag for our age up them. However be aware & do not let this detract if……

“An amazing location so very close to a central lift but with that came lots of noise from the pub downstairs when you wanted to chill after a day on the slopes. Unreliable wifi prohibited streaming anything on TV and requests to staff for assistance always received the same response ‘I’ll phone the manager and call you back’ rather than a resolution. Disappointing experience given the price. ”

“I am a falls creek regular for the snow season. This was the first time I tried the elk after seeing it many times and regularly having dinner there. Unfortunately the accomodation is poor. The room we had, apartment 10 seems good when you first arrive, the layout and features are fresh and modern. However functionality not so much. We had a large bed, mind you two singles pushed together with a sheet over it; plonked in the centre of the room, good luck trying to walk around the side of it. The……

“Amazing gardens and easy walking distance to the town. Bed comfy, plenty of room within the unit. The interior just needs some TLC. Just be aware the shower is over the bath, very slippery.”

“The washing machine is inside the toilet while the tumble dryer is located far away at the garage. It is difficult to bring the washing from the washing machine to the dryer. ”

“House was very clean, and tidy and homely. Well within walking distance to everything. Would recommend for any one to stay here. Will stay here again.”

“Great option for people exploring Bright - walk to shops/cafes, good parking, nice and quiet street. Great outdoors area if the weather is good with table/chairs/bbq. Rated as a 3 star but I would say at the top end of 3 stars.”
