“Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks!”

“This is a cozy little get away place that we enjoyed very much. Loved the kitchenette for morning coffee and late evening suppers of leftovers warmed in the microwave. We also enjoyed afternoon tea there each day of our stay. Evenings were spent in the lovely front room in front of the television watching retro tv programs...a favorite. The bedrooms and bath were very generous as well. The location is close to downtown and very walkable. We would enjoy staying there again. Thanks!!”

“Very nice place to stay for a couple, or couple with a baby or small child. Very clean, quiet neighborhood, bed was supremely comfortable!!! 14 miles easy drive to Frankenmuth”

“Everything was perfect about this stay. A lovely and clean apartment! My flight got in very late so no time for grocery shopping. Seeing coffee in the refrig. was wonderful the next morning!Communication was excellent and I look forward to making this a regular when I visit my daughter! Thank you!”

“I cannot possibly say enough about how wonderful our whole experience was! Betty was BEYOND wonderful. Kind, prompt replies, and very patient with me and my “no technological” skills lol. The house was clean, cozy, and a perfect location to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy spring break rush, but close enough to enjoy all that Frankenmuth has to offer. It was like being up north and serene and in minutes in the city to shop, eat, and play!! We will most definitely be back to this……

“When I was making plans to travel, I found Adventure Acres. Normally when I travel I stay at a hotel/ motel, and fuss about noise (kids screaming running down the hallways, parties, arguments, etc. ) when I’m trying to sleep. I found Adventure Acres and reviews saying it was quite. I stayed a week in Suite B5, and agree it was quiet and pleasantly spacious. I had a couple concerns and addressed them to management immediately and was satisfied with their response. I look forward to staying again.”

It is beautiful looking out on the lake and there was a full moon at night. The host greeted me when I arrived. I loved that everything was labeled for easy access. Thank you so much.”

“This was a great property to stay at. It was exactly as explained and looked identical to the picture. They supplied everything you could need (e.g., toilet paper, paper towel, facial tissue, dish soap, hand soap, etc.). This is definitely a place we will stay again.”

“Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do.”

“Clean, spacious, quiet, semi-isolated. Nearly perfect for what I needed this week. Had everything I needed. Oddly and inconveniently, multiple outlets in main room don't work unless the lights are on. It would have been nice to have a place to deposit recyclables.”
