Overall good stay, Video check in experience was good with overseas clerk, Futuristic. Pool was not open during our stay.

I did not like the check in/out process using a person in a remote location over a Kiosk. It was difficult to communicate and the volume was annoyingly loud.

It started with the video kiosk for entry and service went downhill from there Food almost nonexistent for breakfast while 2 people just sat at the desk. Garbage was overflowing in the bins as well. For what it’s worth the rooms were actually ok

Room needed some repair.. Bed was not comfortable and blanket was terrible.. Breakfast was excellent. Registration was over live screen.
