"The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed staying there. However, the after-hours check-in was not smooth since the key they left for the main complex did not work and neither did the garage key to open the gate to the private parking area. A call to the after hours number helped me open the main complex with a code and they contacted the property manager to come back with a working key in the lockbox that evening (the manager did not follow up on this). "The property was very quiet and the check in/check out process was very quick. The rooms were mostly clean but the shower head could be wiped down a bit better. At one point I think they had an equipment issue as a few people got locked out of their room while we went to get breakfast in the morning but out was solved quickly enough by going to the lobby. Overall a good stay though. "

"Very helpful staff. Modest but nice accommodations. Tricky to drive into - learn the road bc turnoff is from a lane that is an on-ramp and need to do a U-turn to get back coming from other direction."
